Langkah 1
Tidak menggunakan susunan perkataan yang begitu sukar untuk di fahami.
Langkah 2
Catatan mengikut perenggan.Setiap perenggan tidak melebihi 10 baris perkataan.Minimakan jumlah susun kata ayat bagi setiap perenggan.
Langkah 3
Jangan menggunakan huruf besar pada keseluruhan tajuk dalam sesebuah catatan.Huruf besar hanya pada permulaan ayat.
Langkah 4
Bagi blog yang berbentuk santai dan personal gunakan kaedah penulisan seperti percakapan harian.Ia juga kelihatan bersahaja dalam sesuatu perkara.
Langkah 5
Menggunakan kaedah petanyaan dalam catatan.Ini boleh memberi interaksi dua hala kepada para pembaca blog.
Langkah 6
Masukkan fakta asal bagi tajuk yang di perolehi dari artikel lain.Ia berbentuk " Quote" ataupun pautan ( "Link")
Langkah 7
Masukkan gambar yang berkaitan sebagai simbolik dalam sesebuah catatan.Sesetengah catatan yang panjang akan membosankan para pembaca tanpa di tambah imej atau gambar yang mempunyai hubungkait dengan catatan tersebut.
